At the end of 2021, five Austrian EMPL brand compressed air foam trucks finally arrived at Shanghai port after overcoming many obstacles. The five vehicles originally planned to be delivered in batches were shipped at one time with the efforts of the factory. After two inspections, the detachment was delivered to 5 squadrons and officially put on duty.

The truck uses the German MAN 64-wheel drive chassis, with strong off-road performance, streamlined design, original single-row cab and AMP independent crew cab, with a total occupant of 10 people, ensuring the combat needs of the city's main chariot. The whole vehicle has obtained the test report of the national fire certification department to ensure the registration of the vehicle. Amp after-sales engineers went to many places for training and debugging after delivery, and were highly recognized by firefighters. So far, Zhejiang Fire  fighting bureau has nearly 20 Amp fire vehicles.
