At about 9:30 a.m., a reporter from China Jilin.com came to the intersection of Jilin Road and Donghuancheng Road. The East Huancheng intersection north of Jilin Road was closed, and law enforcement officers from multiple departments maintained order around the cordon.

Jilin Yan'an Hospital, located on the east side of the scene of the incident, was closed that day. An "emergency notice" is posted in front of the hospital: due to road emergencies, sampling at the nucleic acid sampling point will be suspended, and the recovery time will be notified separately.

It can be seen at the scene that fences have been set up around the "collapsed road" mentioned by netizens, many machines are under construction on the site, and many construction vehicles around are on standby.
